EMAIL MARKETING

I designed and coded over 500 promotional campaigns and responsive emails for Girl Scouts of the USA. In 2016, I was invited to speak at the annual Litmus email conference, where I shared my strategies for increasing email conversion rates by finding the right balance between form and function. I demonstrated practical techniques for creating hard-coded emails with live text and bulletproof buttons while maintaining a visually appealing design.

In March 2020 as the pandemic hit, we wanted to make sure our email marketing strategy was appropriate. We came up with the campaign below that gave customers the option to pause promotional emails for a month. This pivot in strategy avoided overwhelming our customers and causing high unsubscribe rates.
